Larry meets us at the gym on Sunday afternoon for AABC (Amateur Absolute Body Conditioning,) and he goes along with our increasingly wild ideas (jump rope, lunge walk, pikes on the ball, inchworms, frogs, leapfrogs, beats,) troubleshooting the sound system all the while.
